To mark All Soul's Night I took a ride with Baba, in her black swan, to the Isle of the Dead and met the Queen of the Serpents who guards the entrance to the underworld. I took a small vile of pure Castalian Water, collected at Delphi and we drank to creativity. The Serpent has blessed all travellers on the Soul Food Silk Way.

A small vial of Castalian water,now I have a small decorative bottle of water from Delphi ,I keep it on my dresser shelf...I look at it each day as I pass through on the way to my
kitchen.
I shall open this gold,red, and green bottle.
(I am opening the screw lid) Ah it still has water from Delphi in it)
I tip it up and put my finger over the opening ,then I rub it across my forehead for inspiration of creativity....
The time is 6.32 pm on a Tuesday afternoon on the 1st of Nov"05......
